Registered Nurse Details

• Full time schedule, 3,  13 hr shifts.
• Day shift, 6:00am to 7:30pm
• 13-week contract opportunity with the option to extend

Registered Nurse Duties

• Work as a member of the inpatient psychiatric and forensic psychiatric clinical team to provide care to patients
• Follow direction of Provider to ensure care is provided in a timely manner
• Medication administration, patient monitoring, and psychiatric nursing care
• Participate in treatment planning and coordinate with multidisciplinary care team
• Document patient progress and care in Electronic Health Records (Meditech)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Alaska RN license
• Current BLS (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as an RN
• Psychiatric inpatient experience strongly preferred; corrections experience will be considered
