Fresh City Friday: Denver, CO

Hello Cover Page. Denver

This weeks “Fresh City Friday” is Denver, CO

Denver makes a great starting place for travelers venturing into the Rockies; those looking for a mountain experience can spend a day driving along the Mount Evans Scenic Byway. But be sure to devote some time to all that the Mile High City has to offer: Denver is home to numerous museums, galleries and restaurants. Sports fans are drawn to the lights of Coors Field and Sports Authority Field at Mile High, while families can spend hours exploring the Denver Museum of Nature & Science or the Denver Zoo. For a taste of old-time Denver, spend some time in Larimer Square — also a good place to sample some of the city’s cuisine and, of course, beer.

We love our travelers and want to make sure they stay in the know while on assignment!

Denver’s oldest block is also it’s most trendy. The shops and boutiques of Larimer Square carry the latest fashions from New York to Milan. Charming and elegant, gas lamps line the street as the mountain views remind you of what lured you here in the first place. With several restaurants and nightclubs, Larimer Square is a great place for dinner and to end your first day in Denver.

Plenty to do this weekend in Denver but don’t forget to call MOM. It’s her day this Sunday!
